    3. Worklink Newsletter Terms and Conditions.

    This Terms and Conditions defines the rules of Worklink Newsletter – a service provided by WORKLINK S.C. with its registered offices in 62-330 Nekla, at Dworcowa 33, having REGON No. 301487756 (Statistical ID No.) , and NIP No. (Tax ID No.) 7831660412, e-mail: handlowy@worklink.com.pl, phone number: +48 602431701.The Customers are asked to get acquainted with the Terms and Conditions carefully before signing up for Worklink Newsletter. The use of Worklink Newsletter means users must meet the following conditions:

    1. they need an access to specific devices, including (and in particular) a computer or other multimedia device with an Internet access,
    2. they need an access to a web browser,
    3. have an active and properly configured e-mail account.

    Worklink Newsletter is provided free of charge for an indefinite period of time. As part of the Worklink Newsletter service, Worklink sends out no more than twice a week Worklink Newsletter in the form of an e-mail to the e-mail account indicated by the User with news about products offered by Worklink, current promotions. News provided through Worklink Newsletter is sent in the form of an e-mail to the Users to the e-mail account indicated by User (e-mail address). Subscription to the Worklink Newsletter (signing up for the service) requires the following action on the User’s behalf:

    1. providing (indicating) their e-mail address in the online form available at www.worklink.com.pl
    2. providing consent to receive commercial news to the indicated e-mail account as defined in the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1422, as amended;)
    3. reading and accepting the content of Terms and Conditions;
    4. confirmation of subscription to the Worklink Newsletter by clicking on the link confirming registration sent to the user’s e-mail address in the sent e-mail with the title “Adding an e-mail address to the Newsletter list”.

    The User, at any time, without disclosing a reason and without incurring any costs, may alter the previously indicated e-mail address for receiving Worklink Newsletter or cancel Worklink Newsletter by clicking the link in the footer of Worklink Newsletter. As part of the service, each Worklink Newsletter contains information about the service sender, information on how to cancel the Worklink Newsletter service. By ordering the Worklink Newsletter service, the user’s e-mail address will be added to the Worklink Newsletter e-mail list. Providing the user’s e-mail address in the form during registration activities is necessary to provide the Worklink Newsletter service. Worklink S.C. processes the personal data provided by users and collected in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1422 as amended) and the Act of 27 August 1997 on protection of personal data (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1182 as amended). The user has the right to access their personal data and to correct them. The User has the right to obtain information as to whether and to what extent his personal data are processed, as well as information about the purpose and scope of the processing of his personal data. The User may at any time, without giving a reason and at no cost, change the previously indicated e-mail address to which the Worklink Newsletter is sent or resign from it.

    4. Information about cookies.
