This is exactly how two new SuperTech cut-resistant gloves were created – Flex Cut and Ultra Cut.
Both models offer a high level of cut resistance, Class D, yet they were designed for different working conditions and task requirements. These are not “one-size-fits-all” gloves, but purpose-built tools that support safety, comfort, and performance in different ways.
SuperTech Flex Cut is designed for tasks where precision, tactile sensitivity, and freedom of movement are essential. The thin 18G liner, made from a blend of HPPE, steel fiber, nylon, and spandex, creates a second-skin fit that allows full control without restricting hand movement. The nitrile microfoam coating ensures a secure and stable grip, while high breathability provides all-day comfort. Flex Cut is well suited for automotive and aerospace industries, production lines, and precision assembly, as well as any application where accuracy and ergonomics are key.
SuperTech Ultra Cut was developed for more demanding applications where durability and grip reliability play a crucial role. The HPPE and steel fiber core, combined with a double layer of sandy nitrile microfoam coating, delivers excellent grip stability and extended glove lifespan. Ultra Cut performs exceptionally well in sorting facilities, recycling operations, handling glass and metals, sharp edges, metal shavings, and material processing, where grip confidence, and durability are essential.
Both models were designed in Poland by the SuperTech R&D team – Crafted in Poland and represent an important step in the expansion of our anti-cut portfolio. Flex Cut and Ultra Cut demonstrate how the same cut resistance level can be tailored to different working environments, user preferences, and professional needs.
